Aisha Adedayo

Aisha Adedayo is a Class of 2025 alumna of Washington University in St. Louis, where she studied education, business, and Africana studies. She graduated with leadership awards and recognition across the Education Department, Student Housing Department, and Student Government. She also brings six years of leadership experience from the U.S. Army, where she developed strong capabilities in emotionally intelligent leadership, teamwork, and execution under pressure. Aisha is passionate about advancing inclusivity and expanding access to quality education through strategy, systems change, and cross-sector collaboration. Her academic and professional interests focus on the intersection of education, social enterprise, and organizational effectiveness. She is particularly interested in how data-driven decision-making and public-private partnerships can expand opportunity and improve outcomes for underserved communities.
