The first CEO, formerly Executive Director, and a co-founder of Teen HYPE, Ambra guides the development and execution of the youth development organization. As the leader behind HYPE’s efforts to promote healthy development for teens, Ambra has worked in human services for more than 20 years, helping multiple populations in foster care, substance abuse, delinquency, HIV, women and children and youth-at-risk. Ambra holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Wayne State University.

Ambra Redrick is a member of the Detroit Workforce Leadership Academy Class of 2020, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.

The Workforce Leadership Academies are part of the Economic Opportunity Fellows Network, a network of leadership and fellowship programs run by the Aspen Institute Economic Opportunities Program.
