Anne-Gabrielle Heilbronner has been with Publicis since 2012. She is the Group’s Corporate Secretary, responsible for legal affairs, human resources, governance, compliance, internal audit, and risk management, as well as overseeing Mediatransports. She has also worked on CSR and participated in numerous mergers and acquisitions.
As a director, Anne-Gabrielle chairs the Governance, Remuneration and CSR Committee of ORANGE and the Audit Committee of SANEF. She is also a member of the Sustainable Strategy Committee of CHARGEURS SA.
A former member of the General Inspectorate of Finance and a former student of the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA), she is a graduate of ESCP and Sciences Po and holds a postgraduate degree in law.
Previously, she held positions in the public sphere, at the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, worked in the Euris/Rallye group, at SNCF and as a Senior Banker at Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking.
A mother of four and president of the Women’s Forum from 2017 to 2024, Anne-Gabrielle is committed to advancing the cause of women, defending their rights, and enabling them to flourish in the economy and society.
She is a Knight of the National Order of Merit and a Knight of the National Order of the Legion of Honor.
