Arianne Henry is Director of Policy and Strategy at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services, where she leads cross-agency initiatives to improve outcomes for children, youth, and families. She works across multiple state agencies to align policy, operations, and funding strategies and to advance large-scale, multi-year system transformation efforts. She brings more than 20 years of experience leading cross-sector initiatives in government and community settings. She holds a Master of Public Health from Boston University.
