Aseem is a transformative business leader with 20 years scaling multi-billion-dollar businesses at the intersection of technology, innovation, and operational excellence. His rare full-stack executive experience as CPO, COO, and global sales leader gives him a uniquely holistic perspective on growth and transformation. As corporate vice president and chief product officer at Microsoft, he owns the company’s frontier AI and computing businesses, with accountability for product, engineering, and commercial outcomes. A founding member of the team behind Microsoft’s AI initiatives, he previously scaled Microsoft Cloud from inception to over $30B ARR — sustaining double-digit growth for seven consecutive years.

As general partner at Madrona Venture Group, he backed category-defining enterprise companies including OctoML (acquired by NVIDIA), Statsig (acquired by OpenAI), Amperity, and Pulumi. He also co-founded an investment fund and is a founding member of the Pacific NW Robotics Alliance. Aseem holds an MSEE and MBA from the University of Washington, teaches business transformation at Harvard and serves on the UW Advisory Board.
