Caroline Linne is the Network and Communications Manager for the Aspen Leadership Seminars department at the Aspen Institute. She works alongside the Marketing and Communications, Business Development, and Program teams to build and sustain engagement with the Seminars alumni community, developing the communications strategies, content, and touchpoints that keep leaders connected to Aspen’s mission long after their seminar experience ends.
Caroline brings a background in community-centered communications across the climate and sustainability space. She has built and managed engaged networks at every scale, from serving as VP of Communications for Climate DC, a 2,000-member regional climate network, to leading programming and emceeing DC Climate Week’s inaugural 500-person climate finance convening. Her work spans strategic communications, thought leadership development, stakeholder engagement, and content strategy across nonprofit, private, and public sectors. Prior to joining the Aspen Institute, she supported corporate membership at the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES), where she co-authored research on the finance sector’s net-zero transition, and holds a Master’s in Environmental Sustainability Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from George Washington University.
When she is not at work, you can find Caroline on the tennis court, marathon courses, around the table for a long game of Dungeons and Dragons, and on her family’s regenerative farm.
