Caroline Ridge

Graduate Fellow, Financial Security Program

Caroline (she/her) is a Graduate Fellow with the Aspen Institute Financial Security Program. In this role, she supports efforts to reimagine how benefits systems can better serve recipients in a rapidly changing environment. Her work involves policy analysis, research, and strategic project support to explore ways to make benefits systems more inclusive, accessible, responsive, and effective for the individuals they serve.

Simultaneous with her Fellowship, Caroline is completing her Master of Science in Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College; she also has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Policy Studies from Syracuse University.
