Cecelia Zhou is currently founding her own startup in medical devices innovation in the Asia pacific region. Cecelia Zhou was most recently chief operating officer of Precision Robotics, a Hong Kong–based global medical technology company developing surgical robots, where she led full operational and commercial functions. Previously, Cecelia spent more than a decade at Stryker Corporation as vice president of strategy, business development and R&D for Asia Pacific, and managed multiple M&A transitions in Asia, LATAM and EEMEA. She also served as vice president and general manager of Trauson Medical, a Stryker-acquired orthopedics business based in China.
Earlier in her career, Cecelia held leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company, Thermo Fisher, and Lehman Brothers. A certified Gallup strengths coach, Cecelia is a passionate mentor to emerging young professionals in Medtech, and is actively engaged in charitable initiatives supporting education and healthcare access. Originally from Shanghai, she has lived and worked across the United States, Japan, China, and Singapore, bringing a deeply global perspective and a unique ability to bridge understanding between East and West. She holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BA in economics and East Asian studies from Wesleyan University. Cecelia is a Fellow of the inaugural class of the Technology Leaders Initiative of the Aspen Institute and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
