Charlotte Lewis is the Associate Director of Global Fellowship Operations for the Aspen Global Leadership Network (AGLN). She drives strategic execution across the AGLN by operationalizing new Fellowship initiatives, stewarding the existing portfolio, and fostering a frictionless, high-performing team culture. She oversees AGLN’s core global seminar series while spearheading the delivery of multiple high-profile fellowship events each year. Charlotte translates high-level programmatic vision into actionable frameworks and scalable plans.

Prior to this role, Charlotte’s foundational experience includes internships at The White House in the Office of the First Lady, The National Cherry Blossom Festival, and Events DC, which catalyzed her deep passion for complex project management and the art of gathering diverse leaders for meaningful conversation. Charlotte holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Event Management and a minor in Sociology from the George Washington University.
