Dino Bovell is a Vice President of Business Affairs with NBCUniversal (“NBCU”), a multinational media conglomerate. Dino previously worked as in-house counsel in NBCU’s corporate and film divisions. Dino has played a pivotal role in shaping the business and legal strategies behind some of the most iconic film and television properties – negotiating landmark deals and advising creative teams on projects ranging from Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer and Saturday Night Live to Love Island USA, Bravo’s hit reality franchises, and multiple Olympic Games.
Prior to joining NBCU, Dino practiced labor and employment law with two leading international firms in New York City. Outside his corporate work, Dino is a sought-after speaker on career and life design and a committed civic leader. He formerly served as global co-chair of NBCU’s legal inclusion committee, and currently sits on the board of directors for Soccer Without Borders, an international non-profit, and the alumni board for Indiana University Maurer School of Law (“IU Maurer”).
Dino is a past recipient of the National Bar Association’s “40 Lawyers Under 40” award and was a 2023 Council of Urban Professionals fellow. He earned his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Washington University in St. Louis and his law degree from IU Maurer, where he was an E.W. Kintner Merit Scholar. Dino is a Fellow in the inaugural class of the Michael D. Eisner Arts & Culture Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
