Emma is a Program Associate with the Aspen Leadership Seminars department at the Aspen Institute. In her role, she supports the planning and execution of custom leadership seminars for a portfolio of client organizations. Drawing on prior experience at a boutique L&D firm that focuses on tailored experiential learning programs, Emma brings a strong background in leadership development, participant engagement, and end-to-end program management.
Emma earned her BSc degree in Neuroscience from Erasmus University College in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Originally from Italy, she is now based in Washington, D.C., where she loves meeting people from all walks of life and exploring new neighborhoods. When she is not working on a leadership seminar, Emma can be found hiking, camping, traveling, or simply reading a book in the park.
