Giles Whiting is chief executive officer of Decisions, a business orchestration, automation, and governance software company, and an operating advisor with Aldrich Capital Partners and Verdane. Giles brings over two decades of experience scaling and transforming global technology companies. Prior roles include chief executive officer of parcelLab, chief operating officer and managing director of Forsta, and operating partner at SoftBank Group. Earlier roles include general manager at Medallia, chief executive officer of Percepta, and engagement manager at McKinsey & Company, where he began his career. Prior to McKinsey, Giles served in the U.S. Air Force as a physicist.
Giles is a national council co-chair at the American Enterprise Institute, where he founded the London and Charleston chapters, and a trustee of the Air Force Falcon Foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Astrophysics, summa cum laude, from the U.S. Air Force Academy, where he was class president, and a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University, where he was a Presidential Scholar. Giles is a Fellow of the inaugural class of the Technology Leaders Initiative of the Aspen Institute and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
