Grace serves as Program Associate for the Aspen Leadership Seminars department at the Aspen Institute, where she supports the design, planning, and execution of seminar experiences that invite leaders to engage deeply with questions of leadership, values, and the good society. Since joining the Institute in January 2025, she has worked closely with participants, moderators, and colleagues to help create meaningful spaces for reflection, dialogue, and personal growth.
Prior to joining the Aspen Institute, Grace spent nearly four years at the Aspen Art Museum as a Development Associate, where she supported donor engagement and helped advance the success of the museum’s signature philanthropic events. Her professional background spans development, event management, participant experience, and relationship building, with a particular interest in creating thoughtful, mission-driven experiences that foster connection and learning.
Grace earned her bachelor’s degree in Art History and Visual Culture Studies from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington, with additional studies in violin performance and biology. Originally from Stillwater, Minnesota, she now resides in Aspen, Colorado, where she enjoys exploring the mountains through running and mountain biking, participating in local community groups, and taking advantage of the region’s rich arts, cultural, and outdoor offerings.
