Senior Conference Manager, Congressional Program

Jessie Frank is a North Carolina native and attended UNC-Asheville as a former collegiate swimmer where she graduated top of the Political Science school with Summa Cum Laude distinctions. Jessie previously worked in various capacities ranging from the North Carolina Senate to the United States House of Representatives. Jessie completed six years of service for a North Carolina member in 2025 with her final position being Deputy Chief of Staff for the Congressional office where she supported legislative strategy, advised on various communications, and handled all office administration. Jessie now works at The Aspen Institute for the Congressional Programs team serving as the Senior Conference Manager where she handles logistics for multiple international conferences the institution puts on each year for members of Congress and senior Congressional staff.
