Ambassador Nathalie Rayes is a transformational leader with decades of experience in public service, philanthropy, business strategy, advocacy, and diplomacy. She served as the 10th United States Ambassador to Croatia and is currently a Distinguished Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and a board member of the Hispanic Federation and UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs. Previously President and CEO of Latino Victory and Deputy Chief of Staff to Los Angeles Mayor James K. Hahn, she also helped launch the Aspen Institute Latinos and Society Program and Aspen México, and has served on the boards of the Woodrow Wilson Center, the U.S. Institute of Peace, and Planned Parenthood Federation of America.
