Paige Korbakes is a nonprofit management professional with 5+ years of experience in nonprofit organizations and academic institutions. Paige is currently the Central Region Program Director at Upwardly Global, a national nonprofit that supports college-educated immigrants and refugees in rebuilding their careers in the US. Paige is experienced in supporting diverse populations, leading direct service teams, managing regional and national grants, and utilizing data to evaluate program effectiveness. In the past two years, she has also taken a leadership role in Upwardly Global’s work in Europe, consulting on a direct service project in Germany, and representing the organization at the European Migration Forum in Brussels. Paige holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Nonprofit Management and International Studies, with a concentration on Politics & Policy in the Global Economy.
