Sherrelle Jackson

Chief Service Delivery Officer, Oregon Department of Human Services

Sherrelle Jackson, LCSW, is the Chief Services Delivery Officer for the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS), where she leads statewide strategies to transform service delivery systems and improve outcomes for children, families, and communities. In this role, she oversees cross-system integration, policy implementation, and large-scale organizational change across one of Oregon’s largest public agencies.

Previously, Sherrelle served as ODHS District Manager for Child Welfare and Self-Sufficiency Programs in Multnomah County and co-chaired the workgroup responsible for developing Oregon’s approved Family First Prevention Services Act Plan. She brings nearly 20 years of senior leadership experience from the Multnomah County Department of County Human Services, where she led complex programs spanning developmental disabilities, early learning, and culturally specific community investments. Notably, her work on the Promise Neighborhood Successful Families 2020 initiative positioned it to scale from a $2 million local effort into a $30 million federal award.

Sherrelle has served on numerous statewide advisory and executive bodies, including the Oregon Health Authority Children’s Services Advisory Council and the System of Care Executive Council. She holds a master’s degree in social work, is a licensed clinical social worker, and has a background in psychology.
