Stacey Kregel is the Director of Business Services at Employment and Employer Services (E&ES), an organization that works in communities throughout Chicagoland to bring workforce development and human services to those in need. Stacey manages a team responsible for increasing outreach to unemployed and low-income individuals with the goal of connecting them to opportunities with local businesses. She is leading a regional approach to business services focused on enhancing recruitment and placement services at the American Job Centers operated by E&ES.

Stacey Kregel has over a decade of experience in workforce development programming, creating work-based learning opportunities, and collaborating with community partners in the Chicagoland area. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Stacey Kregel is a member of the Chicagoland Workforce Leadership Academy, Class of 2019, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.
