Steven Slaff

Associate Director, Finance and Operations, Financial Security Program

Steven Slaff is the Associate Director of Finance and Operations for the Aspen Institute Financial Security Program, where he oversees financial planning, budgeting, and operational infrastructure.

Before joining the Aspen Institute, Steven worked as Senior Director of Program Operations at Chautauqua Institution, overseeing financial and operational functions for dozens of arts, cultural, and educational programming areas. Before Chautauqua, he was the Assistant Artistic Administrator at the Aspen Music Festival and School in Aspen, CO. 

Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College, an M.A. from the University of Miami, and an M.B.A. from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
