Tess Madnick

Program Assistant, Congressional Program

Tess Madnick is an undergraduate student at The George Washington University’s Elliott school where she majors in International Affairs concentrating in Security Policy and International Development. She has been working with the Congressional Program since January of 2025. Prior to working at Aspen, Tess has held various internships with non-profits, and political campaigns. Tess aspires to work in the foreign service or military and has a particular interest in military strategy.
