Traci Dove is a facilitator, designer, and executive coach, and CEO of Tapestry Collective, a consultancy focused on strengthening relational leadership through intentional, authentic, and courageous dialogue. For more than two decades, she has designed and held adult learning spaces that support leaders in navigating difference, complexity, and change with integrity and care. Her work centers on the skill and art of holding space for transformation, an embodied practice of stewarding belonging, growth, and shared responsibility.
Traci believes leadership formation best happens in community, and has spent the majority of her career walking alongside bold and creative leaders as they step into greater responsibility and impact. She currently serves as Moderator in Residence for the Aspen Institute’s Center for Leadership and consults with the Aspen Global Leadership Network, the Pahara Institute at Lone Rock, the Redwood Fellows, and the Redemptive Leadership Project. Her professional background also includes roles with A.T. Kearney Executive Search, Bellwether, and KPMG. She is a Pahara Fellow and serves on the boards of Envision Education and Learner-Centered Collaborative.
A proud Howard University Bison, Traci lives in the Denver area, where she can often be found with a book in hand, enjoying the expansive views of the Rocky Mountains.
