Released in early 2013, this report contains original research into the qualities of presidents who lead Aspen Prize winning community colleges and ATD leader colleges. Comparing those qualities to what trustees often value in the hiring process and educational programs aim to teach, the report identifies the steps needed to identify, select, and develop a new generation of exceptional leaders.
