We know that at its core, the climate crisis, like many, is a moral challenge, rather than a technical one. You’re invited to think less about the “what” of climate work and more about the “who” and “who” we need to be in order to heal our planet.

We need more people who understand the science and technology underpinning climate change at the table as big decisions are made. And we need diverse voices to highlight unexpected consequences of our decisions, so that groupthink does not lead us to ignore climate change’s effects on underserved communities. Until science and policy can talk to each other, we are unlikely to make adequate progress.

As climate change disasters increase, American’s financial security—particularly housing stability—will be threatened.
