Aditi Javeri Gokhale is a senior advisor to Boston Consulting Group’s insurance, asset, and wealth management practice and a strategic advisor to Piko Labs AI, a venture backed company building AI and ledger infrastructure for the captive insurance industry. Previously, Aditi spent seven years at Northwestern Mutual, serving simultaneously as president of wealth management and head of institutional investments, overseeing $630 billion in company and client assets. As the company’s first chief strategy officer, she rebuilt its enterprise strategy and established its M&A and partnerships function. She also served as its first chief marketing officer, earning recognition from The Wall Street Journal as one of the world’s most influential marketers. Earlier, Aditi held executive roles at American Express, Travelocity, and Booz & Company. She has served on the boards of Churchill Downs Incorporated and Froedtert Health, and as executive chair and president of Wysh. Her leadership has been recognized with honors including Corporate Executive of the Year, the Leading With Humanity Award, and Global Empower Role Model. Having started her life at seventeen with little more than $150 and a Santoor, Aditi has spent her career ensuring financial systems serve millions of individuals and families with discipline and long-term security. Aditi earned her bachelor’s degree in management science and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Aditi is a Fellow of the ninth class of the Aspen Institute Finance Leaders Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
