Emma Seegmiller

Emma Seegmiller is a Program Coordinator with the Aspen Global Leaders Network’s Finance Leaders Fellowship, where she helps bring Fellows together through thoughtful program planning and memorable shared experiences. She earned a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Contemporary Dance from Brigham Young University, and served as a research assistant and lab manager in the Social Connections and Health Lab under the direction of Dr. Julianne Holt-Lunstad. Before joining the Aspen Institute, Emma worked as a Social Connection Fellow with the Foundation for Social Connection, supporting efforts to build cross-sector collaboration and raise public awareness around social connection and loneliness. At the heart of her work is a belief in the power of gathering. Emma is energized by creating spaces where people can connect meaningfully, learn and grow from one another, and spark ideas that move the world toward a brighter future.
