Jennie is the Operations Associate for the Aspen Institute Sports & Society Program, where she supports the Executive Director and team to keep the program running smoothly. She manages the tools and processes that organize the program’s project work, along with internal functions such as budgeting, contracts, and grant reporting.

With more than 20 years of operations and administrative experience, Jennie focuses on building the systems that keep small teams aligned and on track. Most recently, she partnered with executive leadership at a clean energy startup and an online holistic health community, handling day-to-day operations and helping turn vision into execution. Earlier in her career, she managed operations for consulting firms, overseeing everything from talent development and communications to staffing and events.

She holds a B.A. in Psychology from George Mason University, with a concentration in work and organizational psychology, and a Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate.

Jennie’s appreciation for youth sports took root during nearly a decade of playing softball growing up. She later volunteered for five years as team manager for her daughter’s recreational soccer team. She lives in Northern Virginia with her family and enjoys nature and animals, exploring new places, and healthy living.
