Prior to joining the Aspen Institute,  Jérôme served as Operations Manager to the Oslo-based Katapult Foundation, which creates educational programs and events for impact investors and successful entrepreneurs seeking to transition to impact investing.

Prior to joining the Aspen Institute,  Jérôme served as Operations Manager to the Oslo-based Katapult Foundation, which creates educational programs and events for impact investors and successful entrepreneurs seeking to transition to impact investing. Before working with Katapult, Jérôme lived in Boston for ten years, where he attended Tufts University and graduated with a BA in Political Science, then helped establish The Trebuchet, a nonprofit higher education consultancy that designs curricula and student fellowship programs addressing a wide range of global issues in partnership with universities and advocacy organizations. Jérôme is deeply passionate about developing and scaling efficient systems within growing nonprofit organizations, as well as helping young leaders establish trajectories in service of the public interest. He grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs, having moved there from France as a small child.
