Nezahat Gultekin

Nezahat Gultekin is a strategic advisor, investor, business builder, and board director with over two decades of experience at the intersection of technology, capital, and corporate strategy, with a career that has spanned Silicon Valley and Europe. She is the founder of NG Partners, an independent advisory practice through which she works with founders, CEOs, funds, and boards. Most recently Nezahat served as head of advisory at UniCredit, building the corporate finance advisory business from inception, architecting the culture, strategy, and team with full P&L responsibility, and served as a member of the Investment Banking Executive Committee. Prior to that she was head of technology investment banking EMEA at Nomura, rebuilding the practice and launching its growth-stage capital raising offering, with earlier technology investment banking roles at Credit Suisse and Lehman Brothers spanning M&A, IPOs, LBOs, and equity and debt capital raises across the US, Europe, and emerging markets. Nezahat serves as independent non-executive director and chair of the Audit and Corporate Governance Committees at Logo Software, the leading listed software company in Turkey, as non-executive director at Ciner Glass, a leading glass container producer as part of a prominent family holding group, and as independent non-executive director and member of the Audit and Strategy Committees at Stillfront, a listed European gaming company. Nezahat holds a master’s degree in management science and engineering from Stanford University as a Fulbright Scholar, and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Middle East Technical University, where she graduated first in her class.Nezahat is a Fellow of the ninth class of the Finance Leaders Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
