Sascha Shroff

Program Associate, International Partners

Sascha Shroff is the Program Associate for International Partners at the Aspen Institute, where she supports global programming and collaboration across the Institute’s network of International Partners in more than 17 countries. Her work focuses on cross-border initiatives, leadership programming, strategic partnerships, and opportunities for collaboration across the global Aspen network.

Sascha was previously a Fulbright Grant Recipient, serving as an English Teaching Assistant at Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda. During her Fulbright grant, she also served as Strategy and Impact Manager at Kairos International, a Kampala-based nonprofit supporting vulnerable youth through mental health programming and skills development. Prior to her Fulbright Grant, Sascha was a Program Coordinator for International Partners at the Aspen Institute, where she managed cross-regional exchange and leadership programming.

Her earlier experience includes work with the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Global Women’s Issues, the Centre for Rights Education and Awareness in Nairobi, the Democratic National Committee, the Rumi Forum, and the National Organization for Women. Sascha graduated summa cum laude from American University’s School of International Service with honors, where she was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Academic Honor Society and the Sigma Iota Rho Honor Society for International Studies.
