Tyler Penfield is a strategic operations leader with over 20 years of experience in non-profit, arts, political, and event management. At AGLN, he oversees planning and execution for key events, including the Resnick Aspen Action Forum, the organization’s largest annual gathering of Fellows.
Tyler excels at bringing order to chaos, providing operational expertise to execute visionary ideas in uncertain environments. His background spans live event production for stage and film, political and press events, exhibitions, conferences, and special events. He brings meticulous attention to detail and an artistically driven design sensibility to all projects. Tyler has led world-renowned artists on international tours, produced professional theater in the UAE, served as a White House Advance Associate under two administrations, and has been at the heart of high-profile Silicon Valley product launches.
