“It’s incredible the limitless potential… If you put committed, caring, empathetic and loving people in a room and they talk to each other and they listen to each other, magic is bound to happen.”

Multi-Generational Wisdom
The Youth Action Forum is offered concurrently to the Action Forum and convenes 100 global youth leaders (ages 10-18) to participate in classic, text-based seminar sessions, action-oriented workshops, and intergenerational dialogues all while taking the time to explore the surrounding beauty of Aspen.
With their engagement, we create multi-generational spaces where we can learn from one another. The program empowers young people to develop their own leadership skills and consider how they can be change agents in their communities.
We offer a full event pass for AGLN Fellow’s partners to participate in seminar dialogues, plenary sessions, and other impact programming. Register your spouse or partner when you register yourself.
The Emerging Leaders is offered to young adults, ages 19-25 is offered concurrently to the Action Forum. Leaders will fully integrate into the Action Forum experience, their seminar sessions will take place exclusively with other Emerging Leaders and they will be able to join all other sessions mixed with general attendees. Register your Emerging Leader when you register yourself.

About Aspen
The Action Forum is held at the birthplace of the Aspen Institute in the heart of Aspen, CO at the Aspen Meadows Campus. Inspired by Aspen’s natural beauty upon his first visit in 1945, Aspen Institute founder Walter Paepcke envisioned the town as the ideal gathering place for thinkers, leaders, artists, and musicians from all over the world to step away from their daily routines and reflect on the underlying values of society and culture. This tradition lives on today in the Action Forum.
Get ready for your journey to the mountains and the meadows.
Partnerships
The Action Forum is one of the Aspen Institute’s greatest convenings for sparking real and measurable global change. The generous support of our donors and partners is critical for our ability to gather and bring forth the leadership required to tackle the world’s most pressing challenges.
