In 2024, Fellows from around the globe came together through a range of AGLN gatherings—from the annual Resnick Aspen Action Forum and the Leading in a Global Context seminar to intimate dinners and dialogues, and more.

Our largest annual gathering where AGLN Fellows, emerging leaders, and other changemakers reflect on their leadership, reconnect with their purpose, and recommit to taking action on society’s most pressing challenges.

Key Offerings

Laureate Programs

Advanced studies designed for senior Fellows and other distinguished leaders, such as Act III: Leadership and Legacy Laureates and Roots and Reach: A Laureate Program in Jewish Wisdom and Leadership. Through immersive Aspen seminars, Laureates recommit to their values and use their experience, resources, and influence to address the most systemic challenges of our time.

Seminar Dialogues

Curated 3- to 4-hour discussions on critical global issues like strengthening democratic resilience, finding shared meaning in divided times, transforming crisis into renewal, and leading with moral courage amid complexity. These intimate gatherings allow Fellows to engage deeply with pressing challenges through diverse perspectives.

Immersive Experiences

Place-based, deep-dive experiences, such as Leadership In Conflict, that bring Fellows face-to-face with critical challenges, turning proximity into insight and action. These multi-day journeys create profound understanding through direct engagement with communities, systems, and contexts that shape our most complex global issues.
