Seminar Fee Policy
The full participant fee in 2025 is $14,450.
Pricing discounts are available for participants attending from the same organization.
When a participant is accepted, a nonrefundable deposit of $1,500 is required within 7 days to hold their space in the seminar, after which point your Seminars readings will be mailed. (The fee for replacement of readings is $50.)
Full payment is due 30 days after receipt of deposit and is required before the start of the seminar.
Payments are accepted via credit card (preferred), check, or wire transfer.
The seminar fee includes administration, materials & seminar fee, accommodations, ground travel to and from the airport, and all receptions and meals.
Participant airfare and any additional fees not listed above, including staying extra nights or bringing a guest, are NOT included in the seminar fee and shall remain the responsibility of the participant.
Transfer and Cancellation Policies
We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen. Participants who need to transfer or cancel their participation should notify us as soon as possible to allow for proper coordination and logistics for the participant and the Seminars department.
The Seminars department will provide a transfer/cancellation invoice upon notification and the transfer or cancellation fees are due within 30 days of notification.
A transfer is a move to a future seminar within the same calendar year, pending seminar space. Transfer and cancellation rates are based on resort fees and may increase each year.
121+ days before the first day of the seminar
Transfer Policy: $500 fee in addition to paid participant fee
Cancellation Policy: Refund of paid participant fee less $7,225
120-46 days before the first day of the seminar
Transfer Policy: $7,225 fee in addition to paid participant fee
Cancellation Policy: No refund of paid participant fee
45 days or less before the first day of the seminar
Transfer Policy: $11,000 fee in addition to paid participant fee
Cancellation Policy: No refund of paid participant fee
