Energy Week 2018 was the first-ever Aspen Energy Week, which grew from the long-running Energy Policy Forum. Focused on US energy policy, the 2018 discussion explored recent developments in electricity markets, technology, decarbonization, and cyber security. The first-annual Energy Week was co-chaired Ernest Moniz, former US Secretary of Energy, and Andy Karsner, Managing Partner at Emerson Collective. The forum, which took place in Aspen, Colorado, brought together ~80 experts from corporate, government, academia, and non-profits during July 11 – 16, 2018.
