Jaden is an Associate with the Sports & Society Program at the Aspen Institute’s Center for Rising Generations, where he supports the Captains Leadership Academy and efforts to use sport as a tool for youth development and leadership.
Jaden began his career in sports as a freshman at the University of Notre Dame, where he worked with the football program as a student assistant supporting coaches in film evaluation, practice facilitation, game-day operations, recruiting, and scouting. After graduating from Notre Dame with a degree in premedical sciences and business, Jaden spent two years teaching high school social studies and coaching football during graduate school. Most recently, he served at Indiana University Athletics, where he designed and led leadership and career development initiatives for student-athletes, built strategic partnerships with employers and community organizations, and created programs that supported young people in preparing for life beyond sport, while also contributing to a 2026 College Football Playoff Championship through recruiting, operations, and leadership development.
Shaped by his own experiences navigating economic hardship and housing instability, Jaden is committed to expanding access and opportunity for underserved and overlooked populations. As a former coach, teacher, and working at the Power 4 level in collegiate athletics, he has seen firsthand how sport can foster belonging, open doors, and empower young people to step into spaces they may not have otherwise imagined. Outside of work, Jaden is a diehard New York sports fan (Giants, Yankees, Knicks, Devils), enjoys cooking family recipes, trying new food, and staying connected to sport through coaching and officiating youth sports around DC.
