Jennifer Harthan is the Manager of Congressional Engagement for the Aspen Institute Congressional Program, conducting outreach to Members of Congress and organizing and managing the breakfast series and senior staff lunch series. Prior to the Aspen Institute, Jen served first as Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff, then as a legislative staffer for Senator Jon Tester’s foreign/military/veteran affairs, environment, energy, commerce, science, and transportation portfolios. Before her time in Senator Tester’s office, she was a member of the donations management team for an international development nonprofit. Jen is a native of the small town of Stevensville, Montana, and graduated from Montana State University in Bozeman.
