The Aspen Institute was founded in the aftermath of the atomic age on the belief that leaders wielding unprecedented power need more than technical capability — they need the judgment, values, and cross-sector trust to wield it responsibly. Seventy-five years later, that call feels more urgent than ever. The Technology Leaders Initiative is built for this moment: a growing fellowship of senior leaders who are as accountable to the world their technologies are reshaping as they are to the institutions they represent.

A Community to Catalyze Impact
The Aspen Institute has developed one of the largest and most impactful global networks of leaders stewarding social change. Leveraging the work of its founders, the Institute created the Aspen Global Leadership Network (AGLN), a network of geographic and sector-specific Fellowships that connect purpose-driven individuals and move them from thought to action on major societal issues.
The Technology Leaders Initiative is part of the AGLN, which connects and supports a community of more than 4,000 experienced leaders from 60+ countries who complete one of 16+ two-year, cohort-based global Fellowship programs.
