Felicia serves as Assistant Director with the Aspen Institute Business & Society Program, where she leads initiatives at the intersection of corporate strategy, sustainability, and investment. Her work centers on building leadership platforms that help senior executives drive innovation and evolve business practice.
She designs programming for the Aspen Leaders Forum network of Fortune 500 Chief Sustainability Officers, shapes sustainability-centered dialogues across the Business & Society Program and contributes to the Aspen First Movers Fellowship. She recently directed a research initiative on Sustainable Corporate Finance to examine how leading companies are financing their sustainability ambitions.
During Felicia’s time at the Aspen Institute, she co-founded the Program’s flagship Summit in 2022 with Judy Samuelson, the Executive Director of the Business & Society Program, and managed the release of the Aspen Principles of Effective Executive Pay.
Felicia’s career prior to the Aspen Institute spanned consulting and commercial media, where she built and scaled initiatives that shaped professional practice across industries.
