As Assistant Program Director in the Business & Society Program, Felicia spends her time focusing on the Aspen ESG Summit, a closed-door exchange for organizations looking to curb the impact of short-termism on business thinking and create a new framework for the role of business in building healthy societies.
Prior to the Aspen Institute, Felicia managed executive leadership convenings and business content on a range of issues: corporate innovation, infrastructure resilience, the future of healthcare, diversity & inclusion, design thinking, cybersecurity, employee engagement, digital marketing, and more.
Felicia’s mission is to future-proof business leaders – developing high-level dialogue that solves pain points, showcases innovation and inspires hope for the future of industries. Her work centers on accelerating the adoption of new practices, technologies and business models that allow organizations, and their people, to thrive in disruptive times.
