Roger Santodomingo is a communication strategists, editorial leader, and author who, over more than 30 years across Latin America, the UK and the US, has turned complex ideas—economic, political, technological, and environmental—into stories that move audiences and decisions.

He is a Senior Fellow at the Aspen Institute researching AI and its intersection with society and humanities. As Head of Global Communications for the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE), he built global communications into a strategic editorial function, leading storytelling on green growth and climate at Aspen Ideas Climate, Climate Week NYC, and COP. He currently works in Societal Trust and Economic Opportunities, leading an initiative on global literature, technology, and translation.

Earlier, he was editorial partner to Moisés Naím on the Emmy-winning program Efecto Naím, reported for the BBC World Service and Telemundo, and co-founded the Caracas daily TalCual with the statesman and intellectual Teodoro Petkoff — work recognized with Venezuela’s Simón Bolívar National Prize for Journalism. His commitment to press freedom and human rights was forged there.

He is the author of several nonfiction books and writes CICERO, a bilingual Substack on classical thought, technology, and the information order. He holds an MSc in Social Communications and an MSc in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics, where he was a Chevening Scholar.
