The Aspen Institute Finance Leaders Fellowship (FLF) is a global community of values-based senior finance leaders committed to forging a new cultural paradigm in the finance industry – a paradigm that marshals the industry’s global influence and vast resources to address urgent societal challenges and promote sustainable economic growth.

Representing a diverse range of markets, sectors, and perspectives within the finance ecosystem, Finance Leaders Fellows undertake a two-year fellowship journey of intensive discourse and reflection that challenge them to reflect on their responsibilities as industry leaders, cultivate deep commitments to values-driven leadership, and move from success to significance in service of a better world.

Founded in 2016 by Aspen Institute Henry Crown Fellow, Ranji Nagaswami, and Aspen Institute Trustee, Chris Varelas, the Finance Leaders Fellowship is made up of 126 Fellows representing 22 countries. The six classes of Finance Fellows join a wider community of over 3,500 values-based leaders in over 60 countries as part of the Aspen Global Leadership Network (AGLN).
